(1) We need to take off the back cover by sliding it off, and take out all the screws on the edge frame and silver plate.
(2) After we take off this frame, a white structure attached to the motherboard/silver plate has to be removed.
(3) Taking this off exposes the rubber band connected to the screen. This is all that holds the chip in place from being taken off the phone at this time. As highlighted below in this area is the head of the rubber band which can be easily picked off (this a chip connection also).
(4) As we can see below, all that is left is to take out the screen. What we see here is the silver back casing holding the screen to the face of the phone.
Use a knife to lever off this casing from the frame (it's quite difficult so be careful), try to avoid scratching the bands surrounding the plate or the frame.
(5) Now all this left to do is implement your new screen, by fitting it back in to the back casing and in to the frame. Go through this guide in reverse, making sure that all the components are fitting well and undamaged.
